3 AN ORDINANCE A1V~NDING ORDINANCE NO. ~ s a ~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SAL A;RY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3so~ of the County of Butte
9 entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 .5 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I
13 (position to end 06-30-04)
i 4 and adding thereto the following:
15 Positions Classification Title
16 1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I
17 (position to end 06-30-04)
18 thereby increasing the total from 75 to 75.5.

1' This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25I23(f) of the
