3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3so~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 60 of Ordinance No. 3so~ of the County of Butte entitled
9 "629-001 LIBRARY --LITERACY GRANT" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
10 the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 .5 Library Assistant II (position to end 06-30-02)
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Library Assistant II (position to end 06-3002}
16 thereby increasing the total from 2.75 to 3.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230 of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of February ~, 2002, by the following vote:
