3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3so~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 70 of Ordinance No. 3so~ of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS, {EFFECTIVE
11 09-29-01}" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: .

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15}days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of February , 2002, by the following vote:
