3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 s o ~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section l . Section 55 of Ordinance No. 380 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "570-003 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" is hereby
10 amended by adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 Eligibility Technician II, I
13 2 Employment and Eligibility Supervisor
14 thereby increasing the total from -190 to 194. -

1 This ordinance shall- take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2~ 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (1.5) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 I2th day of March , 2002, by the following vote:
