3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3807 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 71 of Ordinance No. 3807 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE E,
10 APPOINTED OFFICIALS WITH BI-WEEKLY RANGE ASSIGNMENTS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting therefrom the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S)-days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
