~ ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2-11.5 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
4 REGARDING CHARGES FOR REPRODUCING PLAT MAPS

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:

Section 1. Butte County Code Section 2-11.5 is repealed.

~ Section 2. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take
10 effect thirty (30) days after the date of its passage. The Clerk of
I1 the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the
I2 expiration of fifteen (15 ) days after its passage, to publish this
13 Ordinance once, with the names of the members of the Board of
14 Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Chico Enterprise Record,
15 a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.

Butte, State of California, on the 9th day of April ,
