AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE XIII.5, SECTION 2-100.70 {b) and (c}
OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE RELATING TO POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE
CHILDREN& FAIVIII,IES CONIlVIISSION
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as follows:
Section 1. Butte County Code Section 2-100.70 {b} and {c) are amended to read as follows:

(c) Conduct at least one (1) public hearing concerning the county strategic plan.
Section 2. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after it passage, to publish this Ordinance once, with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Chico Enterprise, a newspaper published in the Cotmty of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
