8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:

10 Section 1. Article IV of Chapter 2 of the Butte County Code is amended to read as follows:

2 Section 2. Severabilit~If any part of this ordinance shall be held void by a court of
3 competent jurisdiction, such part shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not
4 affect the remaining parts of this ordinance.

6 Section 3. Effective date: i'ublication. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
7 be in fiull farce and effect from and after thirty {30} days after the date of its passage, and before
8 the expiration of fifteen {15} after its passage, this ordinance shall be published once with names
9 of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for against it in the Chico Enterprise Record,
10 a newspaper published in County of Butte, state of California.
