3 ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1-18 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE

4 REGARDING SEAL OF SUPERIOR COURT

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:

~ Section 1. Butte County Cade Section 1-18 is repealed.

Section 2. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take
9
effect thirty (30} days after the date of its passage. The Clerk of

the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the
11
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, to publish this
12
Ordinance once, with the names of the members of the Board of
13
Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Chico Enterprise Record,
14
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of

Butte, State of California, an the 9th day of September ,

2003, by the following vote:

AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houg, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
