Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect sixty {60) days after of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the ion of fifteen {15) days after its passage, to publish this Ordinance once, with the names of of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Enterprise-Record a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
