AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AMENDING
SECTIONS 3-1.75, 3-1.94, 3-21.3, 3232, 3-251, AND 3-2'10
OF CHAPTER 3 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:

W Severability. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person
circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such

ion shall be deemed severable and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining
ions or applications or the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision

Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect sixty {60) days after
of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the
ion of fifteen {15) days after its passage, to publish this Ordinance once, with the names of

in the County of Butte, State of California.
