AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "TM-5" (TIMBER MOUNTAIN, 5-
ACRE PARCELS) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-25.40.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Section 24-25.40 of the Butte County Code, ORDAINS, as
follows:
SECTION I. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "TM-5" {Timber
Mountain, 5-acre parcels} District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions
and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-230.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Forbestown, more particularly described as follows:
Portion of the W'/2 of the NE'/ of Section 12, T19N, R6E, MDB&M,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NW corner of said NE'/ of Section 12; thence
from said point of Beginning, S along the W line of said NE '/4 of
Section 12, 1320 feet to the actual point of beginning, continuing
along said W line, S 660 feet; thence E 1320 feet; thence N 660 feet;
thence W ~ 1320 feet to the actual point of beginning.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and after thirty (30}days after the date of its passage,
and before the expiration of fifteen (15}days after its passage, this Ordinance shall
be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors
voting for and against it in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.

County of Butte, State of California, on the 14th day of March 2006, by the
following vote:
