HomeMy WebLinkAbout39491 ~ Ordinance No. 3949 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE 3 AMENDING SECTIONS 3-1.64 OF CHAPTER 3 AND 4 SECTION IO-33.5 OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE BUTTE 5 COUNTY CODE 6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows: 7 8 SECTION I .Amendment to Section 3-164 of A icle XVII of Chapter 3 of the Butte 9 County,,Code. Amendment to Section 10-33.5 of Article IV of Cha ter 10 of the Butte Count Code 6 7 Section 10-33.5 of Article IV of Chapter 10 of the Butte County Code is amended to read as follows: 8 9 10-33.5 Amount of street facility improvement fees. 0 The amount of the street facility improvement fees assessed and levied pursuant to the provisions of this Article 1 shall be as follows, except as exempted by section 10-36 of this article, and shall be applicable as to all projects of 2 the types specified in section 10-32 of this article for which application is made to the County of Butte for a 3 permit on and after September 16, 1988: 4 S Single-Family residence (per unit} e2 ' ^'' ~"'`~` $3 307.00; ~~. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining provisions or other applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application thereof. SECTION 4. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect sixty (60) days after the date of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to publish this ordinance before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage. This Ordinance shall be published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Butte, State of California.
