Purpose. This proposed ordinance amends Section 3-43 and 3-81 in Chapter 3, Fees. It reinstates the Appeal Fee that was inadvertently removed from the Section 3-43 in Ordinance No. 3945, adapted by the Board of Supervisors on November 21, 2004 and amends Section 3-81 to correct the fee for Road Renaming and descriptions for Construction Plan Checking fees for Assessment Districts and Subdivision and Site hnprovements. Section 2. Butte County Code Section 3-43 is amended to read as follows: 3-43 Planning Division fee schedule. This ordinance is enacted pursuant to Government Cade Sections 66017{a} and 66016(b), Article I, Section 1 of the Butte County Charter, and Article XZ Section 7 of the California Constitution. Section 6. Severability. if any provisian of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining provisions ar other applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provisian ar application thereof Section '7. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect sixty {60) days after the date of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to publish this ordinance before the expiration of fifteen (1 S) days after its passage. This Ordinance shall be published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Enterprise-Record , a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Butte, State of California.
