.ORDINANCE RI~:PIALING SEC"PIONS 30-I "fHROUGl1 30-5 REC;ARDINU FEES FOR
CIVIL SERVICES, IN CHAPTER 30, ENTITLED "FEES FOR CIVIL SERVICES
RENDERED BY TIIE DISTRICT ATTORNEY", OF THE BtJ~I'TE COUNTY CODE
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows: Chapter 3(l, Section ~0-
through 30-5 of the Butte County Code is repealed in its entirety:
Section 1. Section 30-1 of Chapter 30 of the Butte County Code is repealed:
Section 2. Section 30-2 of Chapter 30 of the Butte County Code is repealed:
Section 3. Section 30-3 of Chapter ;U of the Butte County Code is repealed:
Section 4. Section 34-4 of the C"hapter 30 of the Butte County Code is repealed:
Section 5. Section 30-5 of Chapter 30 of the Butte County Code is repealed:
Section 6. Severability. [f any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to an
person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction
such provision shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity thereof shall no affect the remainin
provisions or other applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invali
provision or application thereof.
Section 7. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) clays aftF
the date of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed t
publish this ordinance before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage. "Phis Ordinanc
shall be published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting fc
and against it, in the Ctlico Enterprise Record __ , a newspaper of general circuiatio
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
