Butte County Code Section 3-176 is amended as follows: 3-176 Periodic adjustment to library facilities and equipment fees. 1 ~rom time to time, county staff may submit documentation substantiating that there has been an 2 ~ncrease in the cost of acquiring and/or developing library facilities and equipment within the ~ nincorparated and incorporated area of Butte County, and requesting an increase in the library 4 acuities and equipment fee authorized and levied pursuant to the provisions of this article. Severability. If any provision of this Ordnance or the application. thereof to any perso r circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such ision sha11 be deemed severable and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining isions or applications or the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision application dlereof. I4. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance sha11 take effect sixty {b0) days after date of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the Lion of fifteen (15) days after its passage, to publish this Ordinance once, with the names of of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Enterprise-Record a newspaper fished in the County of Butte, State of California.
