AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AMENDING
SECTIONS 3-15, 3-175, 3-,194, 3-213, 3-232, 3-251, AND 3-270
OF CHAPTER 3 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:

ction 8. Severability. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person
circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such

Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect sixty (b0} days after
