AN ORD~NANCE ZON~NG A PORT~ON 4F THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORN~A, AN R~l. (RESIDENTIAL} DISTR~CT, R-4 (RES~DENT~AL)
DISTRICT AND C-C (C4MMUNiTY-COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT PURSUANT
TO SECTION 24-25.40.
The Boa.rd of S~pervisors of the County of Butte, ~tate of California, under and purs~ant
to Section 24-25.40 of th~ Butte County Code, ORDATNS, as follows:
SECT~ON 1. T~.e hereinafter descz~bed approxiz~r~ately 49.95-acre area situated in ~he
County of Butte, State of Caiifornia, shall be and it is hereby zoned an R-1 {Residentiai}
District, R~4 (Residential) District and C-C {Cornmunity Commercial) District, and such
area shall be subject to the rest~ictions and restr~cted uses and re~lations pursuant to
Butte Co~nty Code Sections 24-120, 24-~20 and 24-I50, respectively.
SECT~ON 2. Said approxi~a.tely 49.95-acre area so zoned being located in the
unincarporated area o~ Butte Couniy, described as Butte County Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 078-090-043 {appxa~zma~ely 35.49 acres) and 078-090-~44 (appraximately ~4.46
acres) on the southeast ca~rn.er of ~phir Road and Lincolz~ Boulevard. Said area so zoned is
shown on the a~tached EXHIF~IT "A" here attached.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in fuIl force and
effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinar~ce shall be published once
with the names of the members of the Board af Supervisors ~oting for and against it in
the Chico Enterprise Record/Oroville Mercury Register, a newspaper published in thc
County of Butt~, Statc af California.
