The Boa~d o~ Supervisors of th~ Coun~y of Su~Ce ordains as
fpl~.ows :
Section 1. Secta.on 2~166 0~ Ax~icle XX o~ Chap~er 2 0~ ~he ~3uttie
County Code is amended ta read as fallaws:
2-16~ ~nvestment authority.
The Coun~y Txeasurer is hereby delegated the au~haxi~y ~or
fiscal year 20~.0-201.1 ~o ~.r~.vest or reinv'esti ~he ~~nds a~
~he County and ~he ~unds of other depo~itors in the Coun~y
Tx~easury, pur~uant to Chapter ~, (cotnmencing wi~h
Gavernmen~ Code Sectivn 535~0} of Pa~t 1 0~ Divxsion 2 of
Ti~.~.e 5 of the Governmen.t Cade. The Coun~y Treasurer sha1~
assum~ ~u.ll responsibil~.ty fo~ those transac~ions untiil
tha.s del~ga~.ian of authori~y is revoked by ordinance or
expiras a~ ~he end o~ the 2010~20~~ ~~.scal ~rear.

ordinance be~o~e the expiration of ~~f~ean (15) days af~er its
passag~. This Ordinance shal~ be pub~~shed ance, with ~he names of
~he members o~ the ~aa~d of Sup~rvisors ~o~ing to~ and aga~nst i~, in
the Chica Enterprise-Aecord, a newspaper of general c~rcula~ion
publish~d ~n the County of Butte, ~~a~e o~ Ca~zfarnza.
