The multiple driveway entrances fronting the roadway require vehicles to maneuver into Traffic when entering and exiting the residences. 2. The limited sight distances for vehicles entering onto La Porte Rd. require that the roadway be posted no greater than 35 mph. 3. Speeds higher than recommended contribute to hazard of driver overcorrection in efforts to remain on pavement with narrow lane widths and unimproved shoulders. Therefore, it is concluded that the maximum safe speed, and the proposed prima facie speed limit of 35 mph should be enforced per CVC Section 22352{2)A. It is recommended that additional enforc ent be staged between 5:04 AM and 7:44 PM. ~~~~$s1Q Certified By: ~~' ~~ ~,~ ~ ~_ Mike Crump 'C3 xa Director of Public Works Na C ~ ~ ~~ 7 County Center Drive ~ ~a EXPO 3t~~ J -ry~EQ A FO~,-
