HomeMy WebLinkAbout4082T 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Ordinance No. 4082 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51-3 OF CHAPTER 51, ENTITLED "BUTTE COUNTY CONTRACTS/PROCUREMENT SUNSET PILOT PROJECT ORDINANCE" OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as follows: Section 1. Section 51-3, entitled "Application of Chapter," of Article I, entitled "General Provisions," of Chapter 51, entitled "Butte County Contracts/Procurement Sunset Pilot Project Ordinance," of the Butte County Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 1151-3 Application of Chapter. Application of this chapter shall be limited to: (a) Applicable contracting and procurement transactions completed pursuant to this chapter prior to August 31, 2015; (b) Applicable transactions completed pursuant to the contracts/procurement sunset pilot project by approved pilot project user departments identified in Article Il Section 51-13; (c) No other departments shall become pilot project user departments under the terms of this chapter; and (d) The provisions of this chapter shall not be operative until July 1, 2012." Section 2. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to publish this Ordinance before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage.
