2 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 31B, ENTITLED "SOLID
3 WAS'rE COLLECTION IN THE CHICO URBAN AREA,"

OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:

Section 1® Chapter 31B Repealed. That Chapter 3113, entitled "Solid Waste Collection in the
7
Chico Urban Area" of the Butte County Code is hereby repealed.

Section 2. Effective Date and Publication. The Ordinance shall take effect thirty 30 days after
9
the date of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to
10
publish this Ordinance before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage. This

Ordinance shall be published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors

voting, for and against it, in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper of general circulation
13
published in the County of Butte, State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
16
California, on the 4"' day of November, 2014, by the following vote:

AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
