HomeMy WebLinkAbout4125 1 Ordinance No. 41.25 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 44A, ENTITLED 3 "JUVENILE CAMP," OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE 4 5 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows: 6 Section 1. Section 44A-3 is hereby amended to read as follows: 7 8 44A-3 Designation of camp beds. 9 The Butte County Probation Camp, Camp Condor, has available a total of fifteen (15) 10 beds, designated as juvenile camp beds pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 881, 11 and such beds are subject to the management and control of the Chief Probation Officer. 12 13 Section 2. Severability. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any 14 person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, 15 such provision shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the 16 remaining provisions or other applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect without 17 the invalid provision or application thereof. 18 19 Section 3. Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the 20 date of its passage.
