3 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PERTAINING TO THE COURTESY AUTOMOTIVE CENTER

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under
7 and pursuant to Chapter 24, Article 38, Zoning Ordinance Amendments of Butte
8 County Code, ordains, as follows:

10 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described approximately 11.32 acres, situated i
11 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as
12 General Commercial (G-C) ; and such area shall be subject to the restrictions
13 and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Chapter 24,
14 Article 7 - Commercial and fixed Use Zones.

16 SECTION 2. Said approximately 11.32 acres so zoned being located in the
17 unincorporated area of Butte County, on the Butte County Assessor' s Parcel
18 Numbers 006-400-061, -063, -064, -065 & -066, generally located on the east side
19 of Garner Lane, approximately 0.25 miles south of the intersection of Garner
20 Lane and State Route 99, north of Chico. Said area so zoned is shown on the
21 attached Exhibit "A".

23 SSECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application
24 thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid b
25 a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable an
26 the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining provisions or applications
27 of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision o
28 application thereof.

1 SECTION 4 . Effective Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall. take effect
2 thirty (30) days after the date of its passage. T'he Clerk of the Board o
3 Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the expiration of fifteen (15)
4 days after its passage, to publish this ordinance once, with the names of the
5 members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the
6 Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State o
7 California.
