2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE REPEALING CHAPTER 2 , ARTICLE
3 XIV OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE ENTITLED "COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
4 ACCOUNT"
5 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows :
Section 1 . Chapter 2, Article XIV of the Butte County Code is
6
hereby repealed.

Section 2 . Effective Date and Publication. The Clerk of the Board
8
will publish the Ordinance codified in this Chapter as required by
9 � law. The Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall take effect
10
: thirty (30) days after final passage .

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of

Butte, State of California, on the 9th day of October, 2018, by the
