AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE REPEALING CHAPTER 51 OF THE
BUTTE COUNTY CODE ENTITLED "TEMPORARY RETENTION OF THE PURCHASING
POLICY MANUAL DURING TRANSITION TO NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 51 of the Butte County Code is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date and Publication. The Clerk of the Board
will publish the Ordinance codified in this Chapter as required by
law. The Ordinance codified in this Chapter shall take effect thirty
(30) days after final passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on the 10th day of September, 2019 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Lucero, Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
NOES:
NOT VOTING:
