An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24 of Butte County Code, Entitled
"Zoning," Amending the Official Zoning Map Pertaining to the Scott
Revocable Inter Vivos Trust, Shane David Scott II and Michelle Anne
Scott, Trustees
Rezone REZ18-0001 from RR -5 to GI
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24, Article 38, Zoning
Ordinance Amendments of Butte County Code, ordains, as follows:
Section 1.
The hereinafter described approximately 8.64 acres, situated in
County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zone
as G -I (General Industrial); and such area shall be subject to th
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to But
County Code Chapter 24, Article 8 - Industrial Zones.
Section 2.
Said approximately 8.64 acres so zoned being located in the
unincorporated area of Butte County, on the Butte County Assessor'
Parcel Numbers 040-310-026, -034, -036 & -082, generally located
the east side of Midway, at the intersection of Midway and Hag
Lane. Said area so zoned is shown on the attached Exhibit "A":

Section 3. Severability.
If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to a
person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by
court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be de
severable and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remain
provisions or applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect
without the invalid provision or application thereof.
Section 4. Effective Date and Publication.
This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date c
its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized a
directed to publish this ordinance before the expiration of fiftee
(15) days after its passage. This Ordinance shall be published once,
with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting fo
and against it, in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper publishe
in the County of Butte, State of California. Pursuant to Governmen
Code section 25124, a complete copy of this ordinance is on file wit
the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and is available for publi
inspection and copying during regular business hours in the office
of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County Center Drive,
Oroville, CA.
