I will be out of town on the May 4 2011 when at the Board of Supervisors meeting you may be
approving a Medical Marijuana Cultivation Ordinance. While 1 am in favor of an Drdinance pertaining to
this issue, 1 feel the drafted proposal falls way short of the mark, so 1 am requesting that the ordinance
not be approved as written, but be revisited and strengthen to protect everyone (not just the minority)
and the welfare, health, and safety of all county residents.
This ordinance is not an improvement, the county can do better.
Thank you for your time and I really hope you don't give up on this issue.
