of California, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That there shall be added to
the classifications in Section 3,
Subsection (A) of said Ordinance,
the following:
Asst. Sealer Weights

Senior Group 'Coun-

2. That there shall be deleted
from the classifications in Seetion
3, Subsection "('A) of said Ordi-
nance; tfie following:

3. This Ordinance shall take ef-
fect 30 days after bhe date of its
adoption and shall be operative on
and after the 1st day of Novem-
ber, 1956, and, before the expira-
tion of 15 days after its passage
shall be published in the CHICO ~
EATTERPRISE-RECORD, a news-
paper published in said County of
Butte.
ADOPTED and PASSED by the
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of
California, on the ist day of Octo-
ber, 1956, by the following vote: I

NOES: None.
