BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 562
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 545, KNOWN AS THE
"INTERIM ZONING ORDINANCE".
The BOARD OF SUPERVLSORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section if Ordinance No. 545 of the County of Butte, State of Calif-
ornia, is hereby repealed in its entirety, such repeal to be effective from and
after the effective date of this Ordinance.
Section 2, The said Ordinance No, 545 is an Interim Zoning
Ordinance affecting and relating to certain property in the vicinity of the Town
of Paradise, County of Butte, State of California, and was enacted to provide
interim zoning in the area therein described during the study of a permanent
zoning plan for the said area, On the advice and recommendation of the Butte
County Planning Commission, it is hereby found and declared that the said
study has been completed and that no permanent zoning for the said area will
be adopted at this time, and that there is no further need for the said Iraerim
Zoning Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect, and the
said Interim Zoning Ordinance No. 545 shall stand repealed, thirty (30} days
after the date of the passage of this Ordinance,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of October , 1956, by the
following vote:

NOES: Alone
