That subsection (M) skaall be added to Section ~ of Ordinance No. 515 to read as follows: 2. (M) Personnel assigned to the operating, delivery, emergency, laboratory and radiology units of the Hospital shall not be required to accumulate, during any single pay period, their daily working hours on an 8 out of each 2'E~ hour basis. The schedule of hours ~ service for such employees sh311';be determined by the Hospital Administrator. 3. This OrcL_nance is for the immediate preservation of public health and safety, and a declaration of the facts constituting the necessity is as follows: That there is an immediate necessity for emergency medical services at the Butte County Hospital beyond those provided during the normal work day, ~.
