AN ORDINANCE AMEiYDiNG ORDINANCE N0. 546, KNOWN AS THE '~SADA~tY ORDINt~.NCE"
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1956-1957
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That there shall be deleted from the classifications in "
Section 3, Subsection (A,) of Ordinance No. 546, known as the "Salary
Ordinance's of the County of Butte, State of California, for the fiscal
year 1956-1957 the following:
Planning Director 25 (391-486)
2. That there shall be added to the classifications in Section 3,
Subsection (A) of said Ordinance, the following;
Zoning Administrator, 27 (436-542)
3o This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its
adopt3;on and shall be operative on and after the __3rd _ day of ?J~~~
19 ti7 , and, before the expiration of 15 days after its passage shall be
published in the Chico Ente rise Record , a newspaper published in said
County of Butte.
ADOPTID and PASSED by the BO1~RD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF
