3N ORDINANCE REPEALING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO, 336 AND
iECTTON 94 OF ORDINANCE NO, 467 KNOWN AS THE COUNTY CODE„ WHIG]
SAID SECTION CODIFIES IN THE COUNTY CODE SAID ORDINANCE NO, 336,
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
1. That Butte County Ordinance No. 336 and Section 94 of Butte County
Ordinance No. 467, being the County Code, are both hereby repealed and of
no further force nor effect,
2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its
adoption and before the expiration of fifteen days after its passage shall be
published once with the names of the members voting for and against the samE
in the _ _ __QRO~TI~LE_Mk;RCiJRY _ a newspaper published in said
County of Butte.
The foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted and passed by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of .Butte, State of California, on the 20th day of May,
1957, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors klexander, Huggins, Kepple; Squires and Chairman ]31ack
RTOES: None
