AN ORDINANCE ZOMNG A PORTION OF
THE GOUNTY~OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORMAs PURSUANT TO ORDIlVANCE
NOS. 1y75 AND 522 OF SAID COUNTY.
The Board of Super~risors of the County of 'Buttes State of Californian under and
pursuant to Ordinance Nos X75 of said Countya being the Zoning Enabling_Ordinance of
said Countys as amended by Ordinance Noe 522' do ordain as follows
SECTION is That the hereinbelow described area sit~late in the County of Buttes
State of Californiaa sha71 be and it is hereby zoned as an "1~'! 2n (Heavy Industrial)
Districts and such area sha11 be subject to the restrictions reatri.cted uses and
regulations hereinafter specified and provided. The area so coned (hereinafter re-
ferred to as District) is described as follows
Beo nninoa at the North Quarter Corner of Section 31 of T. 19 N. R. 1~ E.;
thanes southerly along the north-south center Zane of said Section 3la and
Section 6 of Te 18 No R, 4 E,s to the south Zane of Messina Avenue, thence easterly
along said Zi.ne of Messina Avenue to the east Zinc of abandoned Lloyd Avennle;
thence northerly along said east line of Lloyd Avenue to the north line of
Section 5 of T, 18 N, R, 4 Es; thence westerly to the southeast cornier of Section
31 of Ts 19 Ne R, ~ E.' thence northerly along the east line of said Section 31
to the northeast corner of said Section 319 thence westerly along said north line
of said section to the point of baginninge

SECTION 5. Penalties for any violation of the coning hereby imposed within
the District sha71 be as provided its the Zoning Enabling Ordit3anoe. ' In eomp7.ianoe
with the prov3.siona of the Zoning Ek~abling Ordinanc®~ this Ordinance shall from
and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling
Ordinance.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to ba in full
force and effect. from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passages
and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passages this Ordinance
shall be shed once wit a names of the members voting for and against its
