AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF
THE COUNTY OF BUTTES STATE OF
CAL7FORNIAs PU&SUANT TO ORDINANCE
NOS. 475 and 522 OF SAID COUNTY.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Buttes State of Californian under and
pursuant'~~to Ordinance Noe 475 of said Countyn being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance
of said County as amended by Ordinance No. 522s do ordain as follows
SECTION 1. The hereinbelow described areas situate 3n the County of Buttes
State of Californian shall be and it is hereby zoned as an rrA 3rr (A~gricsaltural) Dis-
tricts and such area shall be subject to the restrictions, restricted uses and regu-
lations hereinafter specified and pro4ided. The area so zoned (hereinafter refarx°ed
to as District) is described as follows

SECTION 2. The following regulations shall apply. in an rrA-3rr (Agricultural)
Districts
2.1 Uses permitteda
1. Single family dwe3lings and buildings_incidantal thereto. Same
uses in an efA-R>a`Districte General farmiugs hortieulturen dairyings commercial live-
stockn poultry production, warehouse and storage of agriculture products.-

SECTION 3. All uses of land within the District not specifica].~y authorized
and permitteds are prohibited.
SECTION 1,.e In compliance w~.th the provisions of said Zoning Enabling Ordinances
the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 5 thereofn this Ord3.nanee in full.

SECTION 5~ Penalties for any v5,olation of the coning hereby imposed within
the District shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In compliattce
with the provisions of the Zoning Enab].iug Ordinances this Ordinance shall from
and after its effective date becoms a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling
Ordinance.
SECTION 6, This Ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby declared to be in full
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passages
and before the expiration of fifteen (l5) days after its passages this Ordinance
shall be,~~ublished once ~}th the names of the members voting for and against its
