1 AN ORDIN~ll~rCE Ai~~NDING ORDINANCE N0. 556, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1957-1955

3 THE BOARD OF SUPERVI~RS of the COTJNTY OF BUTTE, State of
4 California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
5 1. That the salary of the following classification in Seetion
6 4 of Ordinance Nog 586, known as the "Salary Ordinance" of the County of
7 Butte, State of California, for the fiscal year 1957-1958 shall be amended
8 to read as follows:
9 Constables •4,200 Yr.
10 2, This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of
11 its adoption and shall be operative on and after the `~ day of
12 September ____, 1957, and, before the expiration of 15 days after its
13 passage shall be published in the GRIDTEY ~Rt1IdT , a netrspaper
1.4 published in said County of Butte,
15 ADO~'TED and PASSED by the BOARD OF SiJP:rRVISORS of the COUNTY
16 OF BUTTE', State of California, on the 12th _ day of August ,
17 1957, by the following vote:
