NUS, THERE+OR;;, the 3oard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, do ordain as follows: 1. That a prima facie limit of twenty-five (25) miles per hour is hereby determined, declared and established on Elliott Road, a County road in the Paradise area of the County of Butte, in accordance :~rith Section 511.3 (b) of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, at a point on the Elliott Road at Almond Avenue (F.E.B.T.)a Elliott Road at crest of grade west o.f i~iaxA*ell Drive (1-F.E,B.T.; 1-F ~d.B.T.); Elliott Road at crest of grade 400'± west of Clark Road. 2. That 25rLE5 PER HOUR speed limit signs be placed at the limits of the zone as designated in paragraph 1 above. 3. This Ordinance shall be, and -s hereby declared to be, in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once, Taith the;.names of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the PAp~ADISE POST ~ a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
