6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 1. That a prima facie speed Limit of thirty-five (35) miles per hour
is hereby established upon Vallgmbrosa Ave, in the Chico area, County of

10 2. That SPEED LII~IIT 35 MILES signs be placed at the following locations:
' ~~ (a) Vallombrosa Ave,, at Hooker Oak Ave., F.N,B.T,

,.~ 12 (b) Vallombrosa Ave., at 500' North easterly of Larch Ave., F,S,B.T,
': 13 3. This Ordinance shall be, and it is hereby declared to be, in full
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date o£ its passage,.

15 and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance
16 shall be published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Super-
17 visors voting for and against it, in the Chico ~.hterprise Reoord ,
18 a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State o£ California,
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors o£ the County of Butte,
