2 COUNTY OF B'U'TTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
3 RESOLUTION AUTT30RIZTNG EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF GRANT
DEED AND RIGHT OF WAY CONTRACT
4 (STATE HIGHWAY}
6 WHEREAS, the DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS of the STATE OF CALIF-
g ORNTA desires to purchase from the COUNTY OF BUTTE, certain real
7 property more particularly described in that certain instrument
g entitled "GRANT DEED" dated the 10th day of ~.pra.1:'., 1961, wherein
g .COUNTY OF BUTTE is the GrantC?r and STATE OF CALIFORNIA is the
10 Grant@e; and
11 WHEREAS, County by this Resolution desires to authorize
12 the execution and delivery of said Deed on behalf of County, to--
13 gether with the Right of Way Contract pertaining to the same and
14 of the same date;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
],g of the COUNTY Ok' BUTTE, STATE OF CALTE'ORNTA, as follows, to wit;
17 1. That County hereby authorizes the execution of that
lg certain Grant Deed to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA dated the 1'Oth day
lg of 'A;~ril~., 1961, conveying unto the STATE OF CALIFORNIA that cer--
20 tain real property more particularly described in said Deed, and
21 the Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to execute said
22 Deed on behalf of the County of Butte, and cause the same to be
23 delivered to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
24 2. That the Chairman of this Berard be authorized to exe--
25 cute and deliver the Right of Way Contract dated the ~Oth day of
26 ~i~l~e, 1961, pertaining to the sale and escrow of. the real propert
27 described in the Grant Deed hereinbefore referred to_
28 3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be attached
29 to said Grant Deed and to said Right of Way Contract.
30 The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
31 1'it~tman who moved its adoption, seconded by
32 Superv~.sor Steine_gger and said Resolution was passed
