PLEASANT VALLEY DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE OF BOUNDARIES AND APPROVING
AMENDED MAP AND DESCRIPTION
RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors for the County of
'Butte, State of California, that in its opinion the public interest
'and convenience require that the boundaries of the Pleasant Valley .
Drainage Assessment District as shown an the district map of said
'district, which map was approved by the Resolution Approving District
map, Pleasant Valley Drainage Assessment District, passed and adopted
by this Board of Supervisors on June 6, 1960, be changed by adding
'thereto the following described property;
A11 that certain real property situate in the
County of Butte, State of California, described
as followsi A portion of that certain tract
known as the•H.B. Reed Ranch lying"'ixi Rancho
Arroyo Chico, more particularly described as
follows:

section of the Southerly line of Burnap Avenue
and the centerline of"Cohasset Road';' thence

Cohasset Road; 502./2 feet to a point; thence

That this Board finds and determines that the map and
