RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF Butte
APPROVING AGREEMENT REGARDING A FREEWAY' ON ROAR III-But-47-B,C
BETWEEN Hog Sprang
AND Lomo
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been presented covering the
construction and maintenance of a freeway on road III-But-~+7-B,C
between Hog Spring-and Lomo,
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has heard read said
Agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte that said Agreement is hereby approved and
Supervisor Giles is directed to sign the same in
behalf of the County of Butte.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte on the 24th day of April , .1961.
