PLEASANT VALLEY DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGES IN ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS
RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require, and
and the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
hereby orders that the Bond Provisions described in Resolution of Intention-
Pleasant Valley Drainage Assessment District, passed and adopted by this
Board`of Supervisors June 6, 1960, shall be changed as follows:
That the Redemption Provision of said bonds shall provide a premium
of five percent (5°~) of the unpaid principal, if redeemed before maturity.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience re-
quire:, and the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California that the boundaries of Pleasant Valley Drainage Assessment
District, are changed by adding thereto the described property, to wit:
All that certain real property situate in the
County of Butte, State of California, described
as follows: A portion of that certain tract
known as the~H.B.-Reed Ranch lying in Rancho
Arroyo Chico, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point which lies at the inter-
section of the Southerly line of Burnap Avenue
and the centerline of Cohasset Road; thence
South 00°36~ East,~along the'"centerline of
Cohasset Road, 502.Ea.2 feet to a point; thence
leaving said centerline of Cohasset Road, South
$9°24' GVest, 56..46 feet to a point; thence
North 1$°24' West, 302.19 feet to a point on
the Southerly line of the Hobart Subdivision;
!'` thence North 71~1$t East; along"'said Southerly
line of the Hobart Subdivisiori and its production
being the Southerly line of Burnap Avenge, 692.52
feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing
5.66 acres, more or less.
