RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BDTTE COIINTY
1 WHERF,AS, Section 2121 of the Streets and Highways Code provides
2 that in Map of each year each county shall. submit to the Department of
3 Pub?-i.e Works, State of California, any additions or deletions from its
4 mileage of maintained County roads, specifying the termini and mileage
5 of each route added or deleted; and
g WHER$AS, Section 2004 of said Code provides that changes may be
7 made from time to time in the County's Primary System; and
g WHEREAS, the Department of Pablic Works, State of California,
9 certified to the State Controller on March 31, 1961, that the total
10 mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1416.85 miles;
ll and total mileage of primary roads was 636.59 miles; and
12 WHERFiAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maia~-
13 tamed County roads is 1409.03 miles and that the total mileage of primary
14 roads is 440.4$ miles;
NOW, THEI?.~'ORE, it is resolved that the mileage of maintained
15
and primary County roads certified March 31, 1961, be corrected in aceord-
16
ance with the indicatians in color on the accompary3.ng maps marked
17
Exhibit~~'Ap and in accordance with the additions or corrections to the
18
attached tabulation marked Exhibit °'B", both exhibits being made a part
19
of this resolution, by incorporation herein, and. which said exhibits
20
specify the termini and mileage of each route added or deleted.

The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor ~
22
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Steinegger .and said
23
resolution was passed this 8th day of ~~' .1961,
