TO E%ECUTE RIGHT OF WAY'CERTIFZCATION
FOR FMS PfiOJECT 1336(1), COHASSET HIGHWAY'
BE IT RESOLVED AND ZT ZS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board.is
hereby authorized and directed to execute Right-of~Way Certification Nao 3 in
the name of the County of Butte, said document dated MaY 8, 1961 .. ,
The foregoing resolution was duly passed by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors at a regular meeting thereof on the 8th day of

The COU13tPY OF BUTTE herebq certifies in connection with the right
'of way for.FAS ~'~co~ect 1336(1}:
1 That condemnation proceedings have been initiated to
acquire a right of wa3r upon a31 parcels not to be ac»
quired b9 negotiation by passage of Resolution by the
Board of Supervisors authorizing the County Counsel
to file condemnation proceedings and to obtain an order
for immediate possession on parcels of Land necessary
for eonstraction of Cohasset Highway' frost Chico A3xport
to geefer Road in the event that rights of way cannot
be obtained thraagh negotiations
2. Materials will be from caanmercial sources; no buildings
ex3.st within the right of way; utilities ex3.st within the
right of way; however it is anticipated that the relocation
of said utilities will be made prior to the award of the
contract.'
