2 BOARD OF SUPER'V'ISORS
3 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF C_ALIk'ORNIA
4 RESOLUTION APPOINTING REFRESENTATIVE
TO FILM CIRCUIT COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the County of Butte is a member of the Northern
6
California Library Audio-Visual Film Circuit; and
7
WHEREAS, said County as such member is entitled to a
8
representative on the Film Circuit Commission;
9
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISOR
10
of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,. STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:

1. That UR$ULA MEYER, County Librarian of the County of
12
Butte, is hereby appointed as a representative of the County of
13
Butte to the Film Circuit Commission.
14
2. That the Clerk of this Board certify and deliver
15
copies of this resolution as may be required by any of the parties
16
named herein.

The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor

Pittman and said resolution was adopted and passed this
