RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EKECUTION OF COUNTY-STATE AGREII~IT
F.A.S. PROJECT 5-1336(1}
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
State of California, as follovrs:
1. That said County enter into 4rCounty-State Agreement No. 19,
Federal Aid Secondary Roads, District III, Butte County, Federal Project
5-1336(1), Cohasset Highway, and the Chairman of this Board be authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of said County.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified
copy of this Resolution to said agreement.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Alldredge ,
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Pryde , and
said Resolution was passed this 29th day of ~_M~ , 1901,
on roll call by the fo7lottiring vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman Giles
