BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUN`T'Y OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AND ORDER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT FROM-STRUCTURAL FIRE TAX
WHEREAS the PARADISE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT has petitioned the
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte, in writing, for the exclusion of
!property from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection, which said.
petition is supported by a. Resolution of the governing body of said District,
all in accordance with Section 2563 of the Government Code of the State of
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERER AND RESOLVk;D by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows, to-wit:
1. That puxsuant to the provisions of Section 256+3 of the Government
Code of the State of California, all property within the limits of the PARADISE
j FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT in the County of Butte, including all property which
may hereafter be annexed to said District prior to tax levy being made thexeon,
is hereby excluded fro,u a tax levy to provide funds for structural fire
protection of the areas in'the County of Butte,
The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of this Board on the 29th day of May, 1961, upon roll call by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger andChairman
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: Nane
