RESOLUTION N0. 6130
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNTY COUNSEL
WHEREAS the office of COUNTY COUNSEL has heretofore been cxeated
in the County of Butte pursuant to law; and
WHERE~IS, CHARLES H. ANDREWS was heretofore appointed COUNTY COUNSEL
as of the first day of July, 1953, and reappointed as of the first day of
July, 1957;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That CHARLES H. ANDREWS is hereby reappointed as COUNTX COUNSEL
of the County of Butte for the term commencing as of the first day of July, 1~
2. That said COUNTY COUNSEL shall be covered by the blanket bond oP
COUNTY and no separate bond sha11 be required.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Steinegger _
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Pittman ,and said
Resolution was passed this 5th day of June, 1961 on roll call by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors A1.3_dsedge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
