RESOLUTION ACCEPTTNG GR~LNT EASEI~T IAI
CONJiNCTIOPd ;~1ITH T~~TLD"sJ00- ESTATES SUBDIVISION
:dHEREAS, a grant easement has been delivered to the County of Dutte, a
political subdivision of the State of California, granting to said County
the right of laying down, inspecting, maintaining and using for conveying
drainage water, an open ditch, and/or an underground main or pipe line,
and suitable manholes, connections, and other appurtenance, together with
the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in, on, and across
those certain premises situate in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described in said grant easement, trhich has heretofore
been dated, executed and delivered to said County by:
Robert E. Campbell and Isabelle R. Campbell
dated June 2, 19b1
~•IIIEREAS, it is the desire of said County of Butte to accept the said
grant easement and conveyance.
I~TOI7, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that said grant easement be accepted by the
County of Butte, and recorded together ti~rith a certified copy of this
Resolution.
