BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte,.. State of Cali3ornia, as follows: 1. That said Board hereby declares that it intends to sell that ~ certain parcel of property situate an the County of Butte, State of California, ~ more particularly described as follows: Parcel No. 1 A portion of Lot 63, Orovi]1e-Wyandotte Fruitlands, Unit No. 3 filed in the. office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California in Map Book 11, at pages 19 and 20, more particularly described as fQ11aWS: Beginner at the most Northerly corner of Lot 6~ of said Subdivision, said corner also being on the. centerline of the right-of- way of the Oroville-Wyandotte Irrigation District ditch; thence South 3$°02' East along said centerline 122.12 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 5~°56148" East 136.36 feet, to a point (being also on the Westerly right-of-way line of the County road known as the Olive Highway} in a non-tangent curve concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 2,060.00 feet, a radial line of said curve through said point bearing South 54°56148" West; thence Southerly along said auxve and Westerly right-of- way lane of said road through a central angle of 5°43142" and an arc length of 205.86 feet to the Easterlyy line of that certain parcel of land deeded from Edward C. Wubbens and Agnes M. Wubbens to the County of Butte and recorded in said Recorderls office in Book $20 Official. Wubbens tv the County of Butte, dated May 2, 1958, and recorded May 6, 1958, in Book 820, Official Recgrds at page 393, and shall inure to the benefit of and may be used by all persons who may hereafter become the owners of said appurtenant property qr any parts or portions thereof. {County Road No. 120 (FAS 759 (3) ) 2. That the terms and conditions of said sale are as fo3lows: (A) That the minimum prise that will be acceptable for said parcel of property is the sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundxed Five Dollars ($4,805.00). (B) That said purchase price is to be paid in cash as fellows: Ten (10) percent thereof to accompany bid and balance upon close of escrow to be established with title company upon acceptance of bid. That no commission will be paid to any licensed real. estate I broker. 5. That notice of the adoption of this Resolution and the tame and place of holding the meeting to consider sealed proposals for the sale of said property, shall be given by posting a copy of this Resolution, signed by the Chairman of the Board, 3.n three (3) public places in the County, not less than fifteen (15} 41ays before -the date of the meeting and by publishing notice in the County pursuant to Section 6063 of the Government Code, to wit, once a week for three successive weeks. 6. At the time and place fixed herein for the meeting to consider sealed proposals for the purchase of said property, the highest, qua~.ifying bid will. be accepted unless upon a call for oral bids such oral bid shall exceed by at least five pexcent (5~) the highest written-proposal.
