State of California, has heretofore :Wade and filed with the Clerk
of this Board of Supervisors, an Assessment together with a Diagram
and~ngineerts Certificate to represent the costs and expenses
(including incidental expenses) for the work of improvement with
and adjacent to the boundaries of Pleasant Valley Drainage Assessment
i~istrict as the same are shown on the amended reap Pleasant Valley
Drainage Assessment District, which reap was approved and adopted
by this Board by Resolution i~itliaber 61-5, on April 17, 19b1, that
said work and improvement is described in detail in the Resolution
lof Intention Pleasant Valley Drainage Assessment District adopted
;June o, 1960, and Resolution Ordering T~~;ork Pleasant Valley Drainage
!Assessment District, which resolutions ara hereby referred to fo-r said
description of work. The proceedings for the making of which improve-
r~~nts were initiated by the adoption of this Board of the Resolution..
of Intention - Pleasant Va11cy Drainage Assessment District passed
;and adopted on June 6, 1960, and Resolution of Intention to Order
'Changes in Iriprovement Proceedings, Resolution T~unber 61-6, passed
and adopted by this Board of Supervisors on the 17th day of April,
!'1961, said resolutions have been duly published according to the
;Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and
.~dHEP~EAS, June 26, 1961, vas the tune fixed by the said
Clerk for the hearing by this Board upon the assessment, and it also
'vvas the time fixed for the hearir_g of any appeals by any person in-
~erested in said tivork or in said assessment, and

'phis Board has heard the appeals and the evidence upon said Assess-
'rrient with the Diagram and Engineerts certificate attached thereto and
.phis Board overrules all appeals and. protests against said Assess-
'nients and hereby denies all appeals and protests filed against said
assessments, the performance of said work and the inclusion or omission
'of any lands within said district, and is satisfied that the same is
